Payoneer（派安盈）成立于2005年，是一家美国金融服务公司，提供在线跨境收汇款、数字支付等服务。

截至目前，Payoneer 在全球设有 21 个办事处，为来自200 多个国家和地区的数百万企业和专业人士提供服务。

今年年初，Payoneer与FTAC Olympus Acquisition Cor达成最终协议，启动重组计划。重组完成后，新的控股公司将更名为Payoneer Global Inc.，并以Payoneer派安盈（美国公开上市实体）的身份运营。此次重组完成后，Payoneer派安盈预计估值大约为33亿美元，并且将拥有多达5.63亿美元的现金，这也将为Payoneer后续的业务开展提供可靠的资金保障。
